Cafe Livre by Ecole de Cuisine Los Angeles
Eat. Good. Clean. Food. has found a location on Culver City’s art gallery row, which will house Chef Zadi’s first restaurant in Los Angeles and also serve as a small business incubator and shared retail space. Besides Chef Zadi’s regular breakfast, lunch and dinner menus inspired by California’s Mediterranean climate, Eat. Good. Clean. Food. will house a small food emporium of fine quality foods including boucherie, traiteur, charcuterie, epicerie, pâtisserie and “les bonbons” sections.
Our storefront is mostly for take-out with a small dining area and shared retail. We have an enclosed patio in the back with a Moorish door for chef’s table dinners, guest chefs and special events (couscous festival and more). On weekends, our menus will be international and we’ll have an open air marketplace in our adjacent lot for small makers of specialty foods. A second kitchen in the building will serve as Ecole de Cuisine’s third culinary school location beginning in January 2012. The second kitchen will also be available for rent in the mornings and afternoons.

The celebrated chef-caterer has set up his new laid-back bar- and grill-style eatery in Culver City's spruced-up historic downtown. The menu focuses on American food--much of it organic--with international nuances.
